ETSU Upward Bound will be handing out applications for new students on Tuesday, November 1st during Tribe Time outside the cafeteria. ETSU Upward Bound is a program for students who are interested in going to college—students in the program go to ETSU’s campus once a month for informational sessions about college and career planning and during summers, live on campus for five weeks to experience college living before college begins. Applications will be due on November 8th by Tribe Time in the guidance office. Please stop by the UB representative’s table for applications and more information.
