The following students finished in first place in a competition event: Abby Jay Jardines (After Dinner Speaking), Lily Hutson and Emily McCarthy (Duo Interpretation), Destiny Stover (Original Spoken Word Poetry), Cameron Roberts (Humorous Interpretation), Jaylen Fields (Extemporaneous Speaking), Ben Pitman and Nathan Anderson (Improvised Duet Acting), and Mulan Ma and Abdul Alyafi (Public Forum Debate).

D-B School Supply Drive

D-B Student Council and Beta Club are partnering to do a School Supply collection this week for students and schools in need after Hurricane Helene. We'd love your help! Please share this information and donate any supplies if you're able. Students Exceeding Expectations got 75 backpacks to pack supplies in and send out to schools in need. Donations can be dropped off to the counseling center or at Ms. Gaines desk this week! See needed items below!
