BLUE (Bucs Live University Experience) Weekend 

East Tennessee State University (ETSU) is excited to announce our fifth college immersion weekend experience for high school juniors and seniors interested in pursuing a pre-health degree or program-of-study. BLUE (Bucs Live University Experience) Weekend will introduce these students to the many health degrees and programs offered at ETSU while also providing them an opportunity to experience “life on campus.” Your student will be paired with a mentor who is a current pre-health student. Students and mentors will stay in the residence halls and participate together in all the weekend activities. All meals and activities will be provided free!

BLUE Weekend for the Health Sciences will take place September 28^th - 29^th, 2018.

To be eligible to participate, students must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 3.0 cumulative grade point average
• Minimum 20/1000 ACT/SAT score, if taken
• Interested in being pre-health or undecided, but have a health focus

Students who are first generation college-bound and/or are from underrepresented student populations will be given first priority. Although our focus is on pre-health students, we are open to any student who may benefit from attending, and therefore encourage those nominations as well.
