Special Instructions for 9th Grade Picture Day ID's (Open to read all the instructions for ordering.)

Ordering with Picture Day ID (before or on picture day)

versus

Ordering after Picture Day with unique Portrait ID & Access Code on Proof Sheet – OR - with Student ID Number

Here's how this works. The Picture Day ID is used for Prepaid purchases on the ordering site of mylifetouch.com This will be printed on the Picture Day Kit flyers that will be sent to the school approximately two weeks before picture day. To keep it simple we tell parents that it can be used through picture day.

 

Once the lab starts processing the images the Picture Day ID is no longer active. No orders can be placed during the processing of the images, which is typically about two weeks. Printed proof sheets are then sent back to the school which provide a unique Portrait ID and Access Code for each individual student's picture. When they have that, they go back to the website (mylifetouch.com), enter the Portrait ID and Access Code to see their child's picture, and place an order.

If a parent misplaces the proof sheet, or never received it... They can also look up their child’s proof with their student ID number, and then place an order. Or they can contact our Customer Success and get assistance on the phone or via chat. 1-800-736-4753

 

Shipment of Pictures

All pictures ordered with the Picture Day ID before or on picture day, are bulk shipped back to the school. Any pictures that are ordered after picture day with the Portrait ID and Access Code (or student ID number) are shipped to the home and the parent pays a shipping fee for that service
