Kingsport City Schools Board of Education Announces 2021-22 Meeting/Work Session Dates With some exceptions, the Board will hold regular monthly board meetings on the second Tuesday at 6 p.m. and work sessions on the fourth Tuesday at 6 p.m.

Kingsport City Schools Superintendent Named 2022 First Tennessee District Superintendent of the Year KCS Superintendent Dr. Jeff Moorhouse has been named the 2022 First Tennessee District Superintendent of the Year. With his recognition as the top district First Tennessee Superintendent of the Year, Dr. Moorhouse is also now a finalist for the 2022 Tennessee Superintendent of the Year, which will be announced later this year.
