ETSU’s Upward Bound Program Taking Online Applications If you are a 9th grade student who wants to go to college, this program may be for you! Upward Bound is a completely free program that helps students with current classes, has weekly check-ins with staff, monthly sessions at ETSU, and a summer program where you can take classes and live on a college campus to help you prepare for the next school year. You can find an application on their website, etsu.edu/ub. Applications are due by September 27, 2023. Also, there will be a UB staff person in the cafeteria on Tuesdays if you have any questions or would like to pick up an application from them directly.
